Delivery Charges

 

 

Carriage is free on orders over £350 plus VAT to most areas of mainland England, Wales and Scotland, excepting postcodes AB, IV, KW, PH15-44, PA20-78, PO30-41 where a carriage charge of £17.99 applies to all orders regardless of value. A carriage charge of £7.99 applies to orders valued under £350 excluding VAT to all other postcodes in mainland England, Scotland and Wales.

 

Deliveries are usually made Monday to Friday. There are no deliveries on Bank and Public Holidays

 

Delivery times vary according to products ordered. Most carpet orders are despatched within 3-4 working days, but we call you first to arrange a convenient delivery date. Underlay and Accessory orders are despatched the same day when ordered online before Mid-Day (excluding weekends and holidays) or the next working day if ordered after Mid-Day, with delivery due the working day after despatch.

 

Deliveries are carried out by carriers including City Link, Nightfreight and Tuffnells Parcels Express
